Swedish-Australian karting sensation Axel Gore has confirmed he will compete with the prestigious Team Driver Karting Team in 2025, racing in the highly competitive Mini category across the WSK, ROK Cup, and ACI Italian Championships.

The 10-year-old talent turned heads during his debut season in Sweden in 2024, where his breakout results — including 2nd in the Prince Phillip Cup and a club championship title — put him firmly on the radar of leading Italian teams. His performances earned him an invitation to test with Team Driver at the iconic South Garda Karting circuit in Lonato. After an impressive showing at the test, Gore was offered a two-year deal to join the team.
The announcement comes just days after Gore signed with Road to Success Management, led by former Formula 1 development driver and GP3 Series Champion Facu Regalia, ensuring he now has both the backing and the machinery to take the next step in his career.
Competing with Team Driver will place Gore on the grid against the best young drivers in the world, in what is widely considered the most competitive karting environment globally. For the young Swedish-Aussie, it represents a major leap forward.
“This is such a big opportunity for me,” said Gore. “Team Driver is one of the best in the world, and to be racing in Italy in WSK, ROK, and ACI is a dream come true. I know the competition will be really tough, but I’m ready to push myself and show what I can do.”
